Products & descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly between screens and in real life. Product availability may change without notice.

Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Promotional prices and discount codes apply only while active and according to their stated conditions.

Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable stock — and to issue a full refund in such cases.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout. AuraRoom does not store your card details.

Shipping estimates

Processing and delivery times shown on the Shipping page are estimates and not guarantees. We currently ship to the USA and Canada.

Returns

Returns are handled according to our Returns policy. Please read it carefully before requesting a return.

Limitation of liability

AuraRoom is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the AuraRoom name — is owned by AuraRoom and may not be used without our written permission.
