14-day return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this window can't be accepted.

Condition

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact.

Before sending anything back

Please contact us first with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact our support within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return shipping costs

Original and return shipping costs may be non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item — in which case AuraRoom covers shipping.
