Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to the return address we provide after your request is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
